How do we start working together?
  1. We’ll arrange a free, no-obligation initial consultation. We’ll get to know each other and see together how I can support you. If required, I will be happy to send you a confidentiality agreement in advance.
  2. After the consultation, you will receive a personalised offer from me by email.
  3. If the offer is fine for you, I will send you the contract documents (freelance contract, non-disclosure agreement, order processing agreement if applicable).
  4. Start of the collaboration: Once all contract documents have been signed, we can start after the onboarding.
How can I get in touch with you?

The best way to contact me is by email, as I am flexible and also work for other clients. After a brief written agreement, we can also arrange an appointment (via video or telephone).

During our collaboration, I will of course provide you with advice and support. I like to communicate via MS Teams or e-mail. If you prefer a different platform, please let me know.

We can arrange fixed regular appointments individually.

How much does your support cost me?
You can book my support for back office or office organisation activities on an hourly basis or according to hourly packages. One hour will cost you €75.00 net. The more hours you book, the cheaper it will be for you.

I record my time with Toggl Track. On request, you will receive documentation from me once the time credit has been used up. My time tracking is completely transparent and you can request it at any time.

I offer package prices for website creation via WordPress.

Where do you work? Are you coming to my company?
As a virtual assistant, I usually work remotely from home, i.e. not at your premises. Therefore, the work is also independent of time and place and is not tied to office opening hours. However, if a face-to-face appointment is necessary or work needs to be carried out on site, I will of course come to you by arrangement.
What happens to my data after the end of a collaboration?
All information that is no longer required after our collaboration will be deleted in full. This includes your access data, for example. Only legally required information such as billing data remains stored with me.
