Get to know me!

I am a creative and empathetic all-rounder with a penchant for technology and tools. As a scanner personality, I love familiarising myself with new topics, developing innovative solutions and helping people achieve their goals.

Over the past 10+ years, I have worked in various commercial positions, developing both my organisational skills and my expertise in IT and HR processes. From assisting in the IT department to supervising trainees in human resources development to project-related tasks in gas transport, I have gained a wide range of experience. My professional career is complemented by my training as a foreign language assistant (English/French) and part-time studies in business administration.

My working style? Pragmatic, uncomplicated and always on an equal footing.
I value an open culture, constructive cooperation and clear communication. Micromanagement is not my thing – instead, I focus on trust, creativity and mutual exchange.

And in my private life? I am just as versatile as I am professionally: I love dogs (my faithful companion Dexter is always by my side), French, coffee and chocolate – and I enjoy life in the village where I have found my home as a newlywed.

My WHY

 

For many years, I had wanted to start my own business – but the security of my job, the good conditions and the familiar environment held me back for a long time.
When a wave of redundancies threatened, I took it as a sign: now or never.

Today, I am grateful that I took the plunge.
Because I can finally do what truly fulfils me – helping other people, taking the pressure off them and giving them more freedom, structure and ease.
I love seeing my clients breathe a sigh of relief, refocus and drive their business forward with new energy.

I am naturally empathetic, organised, solution-oriented and creative – and this is reflected in my work.
As a person with many interests, I do not draw rigid boundaries between my services:
I combine office management, project support, web design support and social media into a coherent overall package.
