Who am I and what makes me special?
I am a creative and empathetic all-rounder with a soft spot for IT and HR. As a scanner personality, I love familiarising myself with new topics, developing innovative solutions and supporting people in achieving their goals. I am particularly enthusiastic about the combination of IT systems and the human component in everyday working life – be it in the optimisation of processes or in projects relating to employee engagement and modern office organisation.
Over the past 10+ years, I have worked in various commercial positions, developing both my organisational skills and my expertise in IT and HR processes. I have gained a wide range of experience, from assisting in the IT area to supporting trainees in HR development and project-related tasks in gas transport. My professional career is complemented by my training as a foreign language assistant (English/French) and a part-time degree in business administration.
My way of working? Pragmatic, uncomplicated and always at eye level.
I value an open ‘you’ culture, constructive collaboration and clear communication. Micromanagement is not my thing – instead, I rely on trust, creativity and mutual exchange.
I am just as versatile in my private life as I am professionally: I love dogs (my faithful companion is always by my side), French, coffee and chocolate – and enjoy life in the village, where I have just found my home as a newlywed.
Why work with me?
Because I not only have the technical expertise, but also the passion and motivation to drive projects forward and optimise processes – always with the people behind them in mind.
